2cm ginger root
1cm turmeric root
1/4 ts cayenne pepper
Either juice the ingredients above, or if you don't have a juicer available a blender can also work perfectly. Either blend it till smooth for about 45sec then strain through a nut milk bag or drink as a smoothie. Mix in the cayenne pepper.
