A filling vegan and plant based breakfast smoothie to get you going in the morning.
3 tbs chia seeds
2/3 cup nut milk
1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
Mix together and let sit overnight in the fridge.
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup nut milk
1 tsp shelled hemp seeds for topping
Blend for 45sec in a blender till smooth. Serve together and sip it up with your Stream straw.
